The project designed by Pope Architecture, is ready to be built in the Eastowne Center at Seminole Road and Seaway Drive, between Chemical Bank and Coldwell Banker buildings, also in the Eastowne Center of Norton Shores. The residents will be in the Mona Shores School District. Phase 1 of Eastowne Flats will begin later this summer.
